Spinning in the Silence

The Eid is nearing, so soon, too fast for myself to even notice the passing time. I know I was the one to complain how boring the holiday had been treating me, and that I didn't really have much to do, and all the boring blabbers. But to finally realize how much time had been wasted just like that is quite sad, actually. It's like finally realizing how useless you had been for 7 months long. Not exactly a pleasant thought, that is.

Whatever it is, to the risk of sounding like a total nerd, it feels good to be touching the books and hitting the library on daily basis again. Can't wait to see familiar faces that I miss so much, and also for the nervousness of being surrounded by new faces. Hopefully I'll end up in the same room with L somehow. It'll make things much easier.

To whom it may concern, I miss you. All of you. Let's treasure the last few days of Ramadhan to its best, and hopefully the coming Eid wouldn't be as miserable as I've long predicted it to be. Happy fasting, people.

Count that day lost whose descending sun finds you with no good deeds done.
